I'm sure I'd be able to find something for you to do if you come back in the summer you were one of the best coders to help with the mod and I'd certainly like to have you come back and help more besides, it's the models/skins that are nearly all made, codes are still a good ways off.

Wait, are you talking about making new music for the mod or character voice clips? Because it's the character voice clips I need, and I find it hard to believe that there are many (if any) good ones on a music CD

I don't mind being creative))) if you can send me units stats (price, health, damage, quantity, points required, upgraids) and ideas - I would be able to update them according to the books and movies, focusing on balance at the same time... PS Create new ones - if you won't like it you can always ban or cancel them.

PPS Current review:
Great stuff love it (Gondorian soldiers should be not weaker than men of wesfold, but more expensive - say 400 all or 350 for soldiers 400 for pikesme 550 for tower guards, yeah and toweguards should be stronger than Rohan royal guards (in the movie and the book it is clear)- lowing down the price till 500 for rohan royal guards and weakening them a bit would be cool. Get rohan to use elvish forces too and get Gondor light militia as a basic unit and light scouts/throwers as a basic archer - otherways everything is great), will write a better review on KOTW later after I'm done with my assignments.

just so u know i dont think anyone cares about the books gondor is supposed to have weak gondor soldiers watch the movie ROTK and see how easily orcs kill them and that job can be done by anyone i think GothmogTheOrc has read the books.
And hey gothmogtheorc i can help code this great mod some work is on the site "evil mod" that is my work and some screenies can be found in expansions forums which i put there.

My team and I can handle the balancing fine besides myself we have several testers and several good moders who can help me determine what's best for the mod and the most realistic.
And hey gothmogtheorc i can help code this great mod some work is on the site "evil mod" that is my work and some screenies can be found in expansions forums which i put there.
At the moment the only coding I really need is an advanced coder who could take all the parts of a faction and put them together. There really isn't any small coding left to do. So I don't have a job for you...
Nearly all the units and heroes are coded and the few that aren't are being taken care of as we speak. And with the exception of a few new models or skins the mod is essentially at the point of putting everything together and getting all the new stuff in-game and working. which is pretty cool since the only steps after that are cleaning stuff up and balancing
everyone should listen to everyboone's oppinion, especially if they have great knowelledge in that field...
I have listened to your opinion, but I don't entirely agree with it. Also keep in mind that I have not shown everything that is in the mod, some things that pertain to gondor in particular.
And while you may very well know a good deal about lotr, I assure you that I know just as much as I have also read all the books (not just the 3 main ones) multiple times as well as watched the EE movies many times (which doesn't really mean much anyway since they aren't always true to the books). So don't worry, I know what I'm doing and I am certainly trying to keep the mod in the spirit of the books and movies as well as making it a fun mod to play (hopefully anyway )

That's good))) Well I just thought it would have been wise to remove gondor soldiers as a basic unit and put militia instead. ;-) Making soldiers stronger will create an oppurtunity for new units, I can suggest what militia might look like (same with archers)My team and I can handle the balancing fine besides myself we have several testers and several good moders who can help me determine what's best for the mod and the most realistic.

By the way idea with Blue Wizards and Royal Guards is really good, ps just don't overpower them too much. Although it will be cool if you would make a ram for Rohan, taking desing of AofE 2 rams into consideration. Also druid men will be cool))
Anyways keep updating, I will make more comments later on.
PS Don't you think it is better to change last promotion for Saruman - its kinda weird how him and Gendalf have same kind of stuff - dunno I think they should be equally powerful, but different if you know what i mean...
Why is that?GtO, hiring this guy will overpower Gondor.

Dude whom do you refer to here? Me? If so, than, in this case orcs did not kill any (by sword) except they hit few and than those guys fell - without actually any damage been done to them. They also have biten a few:-) I did not have a chance to ask why... The whole overrunning, not showing the advantage of Gondorian soldier thing was done due to the time limit in the movie. If you had a chance in reading\looking at the scripts, you would have known that one of the purposes was to make Gondorian soldier look significantly stronger than any previous warrior shown in the movie - this included soldiers of Rhun, Rohan, orcs, goblins, even elves. This kind of stuff also could be found in supplemental books that were released by Weta Workshops\Production team. Personally I don't think Gondorian soldiers were stronger than high elves of the Second age...Y'know, I don't think he has seen the films... in the films I recall... Gondor soldiers managed to kill about 3 orcs with swords in the whole film.. and some of those were by Ith rangers.
