just wanted to know if Khamul is included in the evil campaign as a persistent hero

Unfortunately no, Shadows of Evil is simply a skirmish/multiplayer mod.

is it possible to add a new hero to the campaign? if so could you please give me a few pointers or tell me where to look, thanx, and b the way im really lookin forward to your kings of the west mod

It certainly is possible, however I have never done it so I don't know the specifics and what you'd need to edit 
I know Celeglin's Elven Alliance mod has done this so you might take a look at it to see how Cel got the new heroes like Hama, Haldir, etc to be persistant heroes. You might also ask in the main bfme1 forum as someone else might know the answer.
