Then something's seriously wrong in your system for some weird reason. They're not supposed to look like that ^ Try Ultra High though just to be sure...

tried it on ultra high and they looked pretty much the same, will test it some more though.

The Balrog is helping me destroy my enemy.

The army wich i killed a balrog with in the end, only the heroes + 1 bannercarrier of lorien archers remained. But i killed him though you are shitting your ass when you see the AI use the balrog on you :O haha

eventually won this battle with an even larger army + like 10 ents so only downside of this battle was that the AI didnt use drogoth... but he had the dragonsnest... bit dissapointing..
