Is it just me or is French mostly vowels and I don't care what anyone says Gérard Depardieu is over rated why is he cast in every French movie ever made.

I had quite never noticed this. Not that I had ever studied it
and I don't care what anyone says Gérard Depardieu is over rated why is he cast in every French movie ever made.
While saying he is present in every French movie is a little exaggerated (you probably get the worst ones then ), I must admit he is indeed overrated.
Actors that can play the role of mid-aged men (50-60) are very rare (down to 3 or 4), so he gets a lot of phone calls.

He's short in real life I believe,it makes me wonder if the guy who played Asterix was a Hobbit ....Child.
Oh and Canada should be made to apologize for Bryan Adams to the UN.

I'll use plateau as an example there are vowels (though they work as 2) in a word with 2 syllables.
It's just something i've noticed.
