Standard China strategy.
Economics - Hackers and Supply Centers. All of them are available from the very begining.
Defense - Bunkers with tank hunters AND flamethrowers
AA defense - gattling turrets
Attack force - artillery + some tanks of any type.
Then you reach rank 3. Attack force will consist of Immolators and Smerches. Immolators must have radar and gattling addons do defend from air units.

I am already up against the wall by that time, usually have 2 net centers with hackers and cant get enough money to mass produce immolators and when they do get done I upgrade with radars, chain guns, and 1 prop tower. Smirches also are hard to get with the build time. Also I usually lose when i get to rank 3 or 4. By this time they have their attack force and stealth proto raptors and all of that stuff, i end up getting screwed. Is that thermobaric artillery thingy cool?

Try to adapt somehow. You can build Mig-31 to counter Raptors.

you can build multiple barracks, keep pumping out infantry, attack the enemy base and get up rank 3
once you get SMERCHs you are virtually unstoppable, with thermobarical mixtures as upgrade

Flame General is quite good, but you need to know how to fight properly.
He has very good artilleries, which can burn enemy base defenses and buildings quickly. You can trap enemy advancing force in firestorm easily with smerch after you get Rank 3. A good stealth fighter defense is combination of gattling tanks and listening post. You don't need a bunch of Immolators to clear away your enemy. Combine Immolators with smaller tanks and put them in front of your artilleries to protect them during base bombardment.
That's all I can suggest with Flame General.
