What is the proper procedure for:
1. Placing any of the factions buildings and allowing them to be captured (ie. not needing power; or I have placed bunkers but cannot get inside)?
2. How do you place unmanned vehicles so they can be captured.

1) Not sure about bunkers, but just place them and change them to 'Civilian'
2) u need a script to do this -
a) name the tank or whatever a suitable name like"tank1"
b) Open scripts then creat new
* IF TRUE *
then
MAKE UNIT NAMED "tank1" unmanned
and then itll be ready for capture!

doest work I have a map with retalliators on it... not only can I not take them over they are coming with the mines already installed which makes them impossible to get near

Yea it doesnt work with defence, just set them already on you team
