Where can we find the str file ?

My question is easy, where can we find the str file ?
Is in the csf format ?
Did we extract form big ?
Can we access to all languages str files ?

The original strings are in CSF format inside the language .big files. Depending on how many language packages you installed, you also get more CSF files. I converted the english 1.8 version to the STR format a while ago. You can find it here. Hope that helps.
