well that's pretty cool. But

Is this one of those 'Solid Future' type situations? or is it more of the 'Possible strands of Fate' situations? because that distinction has so much weight on it lol.

Doesnt that make it the most useful and powerful geass so far? If its fixed future, then its already better than lelouch's but can probably be defeated by mao's. If its a mutable future, or something like she can see all the possibilities and the cause and effect, then even mao cant defeat her. She will know every action required for victory, every single variable. Assuming its not limited of course. This is just guesswork, but im starting to imagine all the implications for this geass.

Well if it's fixed then Mao cant do anything about it, it'll happen no matter what he does lol.

Variable is alot more dangerous, since you have the chance to change it, creating paradoxes and so on

Actually if its fixed, depending on how they decide to portray it mao could defeat it by being able to see the future as well, by reading her mind. Or am i wrong....? Dammit time-related stuff always gets confusing.

Yeah, but if it is fixed, the Mao can learn of it, but cannot escape it at all since it is fixed after all.

well the fact that he didnt have it in the trailer, led to some speculations that he might've lost it, and it passed onto his 'brother'. I dont buy it though, random brother out of nowhere? There's something wrong with that.


and if he still had his Geass, why not go back to being Zero during that one year that Zero was assumed to be KIA?

That one is common sense. If people think you're dead, it would be best to keep it that way when you're a terrorist/revolutionist. Using his geass is also not a good idea, now that so many of his opponents know what it can do.

People in the series as well as fans in real life love him as zero. He'll definitely be back with the same name, mask and ever-so-stylish suit.

My impression of the show is that it'll involve a much larger issue than just lelouch and his private war, kind of like how most shows move from individual character focus early on to tying up the ends with all the factions late in the series. It'll be darker too. And alot of things will come back to haunt lelouch i think...even the time he used the geass on himself, if they can fit it in somehow.

Yep, everyone went shopping for new cloths lol. Well, if Zero has the same mask it'll be a new one by the same design, since the old one kinda got shot in half, still not sure how Suzaku managed that.

As far as new costumes go I'd say Kallen got the best of it hahaha. well, that's before I see what CC is going to be wearing.



hmm, we're gonna see Suzaku going around the world killing random people in random wars, so who knows.

About nunnaly, SG, i finally got my hands on nightmare of nunally. All that stuff about her getting a new body and a future-sight geass, you didnt get it from this manga did you? It seems she has a nightmare about obtaining the geass instead of lelouch, and it shows how the events differed. Unless the second season is either drawing on this or the second season is what this manga was based on?

And crusader, if it does carry over to season 2, then nunally's ability is fixed future-based, specifically being able to predict actions agaisnt her...sort of. The manga isnt too descriptive.

Alright, as expected menclave has a hd raw up on their site. AWESOME. The show i mean. As usual the opening theme gives away alot of things. It suggests that the emperor has geass, lelouch's brother will pilot a vincent later on, the guren will be to keeping its new arm but it still has a radiation generator. The return of ORANGE-KUN...and when i saw him in the opening i laughed out loud...the opening song's made by the band orange range.

Lelouch seems to have amnesia, though C.C. fixes that quite early. Susaku says he killed Zero, maybe all he did was bash him over the noggin or something to make him forget. When his memory's gone, he doesnt have his geass, but when its back the geass is back too, and seems permanent just like before. Also it seems the black knights who havent been caught yet have all been told that Lelouch is Zero. About his brother, it looks as if he just pooped out of the blue to replace nunnaly in his life, though later he remembers. No explanation yet where the hell he came from. Viletta seems to not want to turn in Lelouch yet, though she does work very hard to get him to attend his remedial gym classes. Shirley also seems to have either dropped the issue of lelouch being zero and started to know him again or else her memory's back to roughly what it was at the start of season 1. Cornelia is missing.

Eh, i think thats it. Even without a sub, the first ep is alot to take in...
