Ok well see I'm tring to give a Civilion building a build up and i was tring to have it build up like the GDI walls do from damaged to ok but I can't figure out how to do this I'v tried everything I can think of and still nothing. So I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this and could help me out thanks in advance.

No. "I'v tried everything and it doesn´t work"-type requests are a reliable way to make sure that no one bothers.
`sides, IMO the walls are using an animation for buildup. Either that or it´s the GettingBuilt behavior module.
