Essentially, this mod was dead since 2006, but I recently revived my work and began adding to it. So far there are 3 new factions, and lots of content added to existing ones. Rohan and Gondor are split apart. The majority of that rohan coding was donated by an old friend, I believe was MeMw Ellesar but I could be mistaken. I think it might be Daniel... Dunno. In any event, I only claim ownership to my new units on Rohan's team, the Elven Enchanter and elven healer.
As far as the rest of the factions go, all my work, and all taken from previously existing material. I use no new models or anything.
New Factions are: Mirkwood(relies on debuff buildings and lots and lots of spiders to win.)
Nature (has access to lots of creeps at start but has poor middle game, and perfect endgame. Very powerful units to build)
Harad (So far weakest beginning game, and has access to a VERY powerful hero... )
New additions: All resource buildings are modified to be able to be spammed en-masse.
Powerful horde units have been added to all factions. Example: berserker horde for isengard, attack troll horde for mordor.
Dragonlings, eaglets and cave bats/crebain are given as air units and function similiar to nazgul in attacks.
Will post the mod if people are interested to play. Screens:
Mirkwood Faction:
Nature Faction's Mother of All Storms in action
(Yes thats a tornado horde unit)
Goblin's Smaug unit
Towers for all factions have soldiers patrolling them.
Mother of All Storms unleashes horses as an attack
Rohan's Elven Enchanter...
That cloud above him is there for a reason..
Any unit that comes by gets zapped by lightning bolts, much like a tornado's attack works, except without a tornado visable.
A view of Harad faction's fortress and base
And finally, most recently taken tonight, is this stunning photo of the Harad Zombie King attacking and converting a whole army to his cause.

Harad Zombie king? lol whut?
And when you say Mirkwood, I assume you don't mean the elves of..
All in all, looks somewhat bizzare and kitbashy.
