I just want to find out which patch everyone likes more, 1.03, or 1.02, so I can decide wether to make a mod for 1.03. I like 1.02 more, which is why I am making my mod for it.

1.03, always make a mod for the latest patch 
Almost everyone has that patch, and few would reinstall the game just to play your mod, to then again patch it up, to be able to play other mods

If a mod doesn't work with 1.03 I wouldn't install it... So please make it work with 1.03
