Granting powers to non-hero types

If anyone can explain, or link me to a tutorial I'd be much appreciative.
Or if possible, how do would you go about creating a hero type while using the skin of another unit.

An example of what I'm looking to create
Spider hero
Skin of Spider
(modding hp and such isn't a problem)
Skill set:
lvl 1 Rampage (acts like berserker's rage)
lvl 3 Great Sting (acts like Gorkil's scorpion sting)
lvl 5 Inspire Fear (acts like lvl 2 inspire fear)
lvl 7 Summon Spiderling allies
lvl 8 Burrow (acts like shelob's)
lvl 10 Mass Poison (acts like word of power, dealing damage and poisoning enemies in a certain radius)
I know there's multiple parts involved in this I just want to be able to do it myself. Or if anyone else is able to do it I'd gladly give credit along with other hero types

All is possible, though burrow would be weird as I don't think that the spiderling has the appropiate anims
Well it could just look like blink for all I care, heh
Is this something easy to learn or should I just request someone else do it?

But if you know nothing of powers and such it would be a bit harder to do...

Yeah, look at other's ini's to get an idea, and look at any ini tutorials on t3a.
Well I have been looking at other map.inis, but the thing is, they're not like looking at map scripts where it pretty much tells you what you need. As far as the tutorials go, I've looked but nothing really seems to help. I've seen similar things but I don't have enough info on what exactly needs to be put in.

Maybe I should just give up on the idea since apparently not a lot of people know how to do it, and those who probably do won't help me. I was just trying to do something out of the ordinary, but I guess it's too extraordinary.

If you do then you might have to concider 'replacing' some units or whatever

You want to put heros into a map that do not exist in the original game??? (if u said that b4 then i did not notice that )
If you do then you might have to concider 'replacing' some units or whatever
Ok, if I replace the units, such as a regular Warg, Wolf, Spiderling/Shelob, Wight, and Drake, how would I give them the powers I need to give them and change their max level to level 10?
This is the list of the "Heroes" I'm trying to create for this arena. If I can at least be shown how to do one, I know I can do the rest.

In short, people can't be bothered to tutor
Figured, but there's not even a tutorial for this crap, if there were it'd make this whole thing a hell of a lot easier.

It's too hard to make a tutorial covering all this stuff, would be very long and in short you wouldn't learn much but just copy what's written and try and apply it elsewhere, without understanding it
Well I don't mean having it all together in a single tutorial. I couldn't even find a tutorial about creating a hero.
