The first one is the best...I love Jack Cafferty. Anyways, if you have seen this woman speak I dont see how any sane person could vote for this ticket, it is absolutely terrifying that this women could be in control of the greatest military and nuclear force on the planet. So I ask this...are there any McCain supporters on revora (I think hostile may be one...cant quite remember) that can tell me in all honesty that they will vote for this ticket on November 4th. If so, I need to recommend you get a mental evaluation.
Btw, I can't wait for the debate...Joe Biden is going to kick some ass.

Well, if she does get elected, at least I'll be out of public schools before she makes us all fall down to our knees in worship of a her god and burns every copy of The Origin of Species.

American Presidency is turning into a really bad reality tv Survivor series. Really none of these idiots are qualified to be President.
Not Palin because she lacks experience.
Not Obama because he lacks experience.
Not Biden because evertime he opens his mouth he inserts foot.
McCain, I suppose, at least has experience. He could always support himself in the weak areas by surrounding himself with qualified advisors.
Is this the best we can do?!?!
Next we'll be voting in Paris Hilton. I swear, in time, it will happen that the US will vote in the stupidest person possible beyond even Bush.
If I have to choose between this collection of idiots, knuckleheads, and meatball heads, than I'm gonna have to put my seatbelt on because the world will be laughing their asses off almost as hard as our committed enemies.
Imagine Obama negotiating with the Russians, they'll steamroll him. Imagine Palin taking on Chinese aggression in any form. They'll steamroll her.
Imagine Biden negotiating with the UN, he's a big mouth who speaks before he thinks.
Imagine McCain being confronted with an opportunity to show off his military background? bomb-bomb-bomb bomb-bomb Iran...(sung to the tune of The Beach Boys, Barbara Ann)

I'm noticing a slight bias there.... ANY of them could surround themselves with experienced and qualified advisors, not just McCain. And, to be honest, I'd rather have a charismatic and quick-witted, if inexperienced, President (Obama, that is) surrounded by qualified advisors than a war vet who just wants to bomb things (that's McCain). Not Palin because she lacks experience.

Not Palin, because she will integrate church and state, ban abortion and gay marriage and will demand 12 daily hours of devotion as well as spark off yet more oil crusades. Oh, and make all schools creationist.
Not McCain because he doesn't know shit, changes his mind more often than his underwear and doesn't particularly seem to know where to begin.
Not Obama because shares in individual bricks, petrol, 2x4's and white cloaks and hats will go up quite exponentially. Screw being the first black president...I'd rather be the second.
One of my Psychology lecturers, an American, put it best. "I study the social behaviour of chimps and spider monkeys. Their system of government's a heck of a lot better than America's."

Actually it's not a bias. McCain has alot more experience dealing with things and has a proven track record of trying to clean up the system. The last thing we need is a "newbie" surrounding themselves with whomever their top party people choose as advisors.Hey Hostile, why don't you run? You're clearly smarter than these dumb fucks. Get some political experience under your belt in the next 8-12 years and get on the case!

That's how you end up with another 4 years of Bush. Bush listened to ole' boys of DC and surrounded himself with cronies. The democrats would do the same with Obama and then you end up WAAAAAY to far to the left as we did with being way too far to the right with Bush.
McCain has proven to be more moderate than the other candidates. Most people are fairly moderate in the US based on US standards of politics. McCain is the number one opponent of torture, I'd think you guys would love him. He wants smaller government intervention in people lives. He wants balanced budgets.
well, it is going to be whatever it is going to be. The most I can do is go vote my mind and hope the best for my nations outcome.

I admit Obama might get hemmed in by the Democrat crowd, but I believe he has the personal charisma and will to impose himself upon them in such a way as will make them listen, whereas McCain has nothing of the sort. He's one of the least charismatic politicians I've ever seen, and I remember John Kerry.

After everything Bush did, I reckon it'd be hard for Obama to push it all the way to another extreme. It'll take him his first term in office just to limit the damage. By which time he'll have the experience you demand and he might actually turn out to be a better politician than you give him credit for. That's how you end up with another 4 years of Bush. Bush listened to ole' boys of DC and surrounded himself with cronies. How can you pertain to know his stance when he barely knows himself?McCain has proven to be more moderate than the other candidates. And there's a difference between reduction of the nanny state and returning of human rights and freedoms that Bush stripped away and a total l'aissez-faire that helps no-one.
That doesn't make her, by any measure, the right choice. And I'm sure she'd try and force some religious bullshit through. The President doesn't make laws, Congress does. Not Palin, because she will integrate church and state, ban abortion and gay marriage and will demand 12 daily hours of devotion as well as spark off yet more oil crusades. Come to think of it, I believe Palin's probably the ultimate parody of the US presidential elections. It's just tragic that this is real and not just a comedy.

Admittedly, both her and Biden distorted facts and chose to speak more about McCain/Obama, but she outright avoided answering, told lies which were so obvious that it insulted one's intellect and her fake "speak straight to the american people" stuff was just ridiculous.
Granted, she wasn't as bad as I had expected (and Biden was a lot tamer than I had expected), but she was still pathetic.

It's such a pity people vote for parties regardless of personnel, policies etc... no amount of idiocy will put off die-hard republicans, but hopefully it will put off the fence-sitters.
