How Do I Update CNC: Zero Hour to (GeneralsZH-1.04)

I have hade the The First Decade Zero Hour Game for a year or 2. I never got any updates, mods or anything. I was trying to get the update (GeneralsZH-1.04-english) I tried to install, & it says :

Missing or Invalid Registry/INI entry.

Then it shows searching for Systems to Update.

Then it wants me to open a file. ?????

What File? The top bar above the window says:

Find HKLM.SOFTWARE/Electronic Arts/EA Games/Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour.InstallPath

It told me Old Version not found when I clicked the update file. So I thought I needed to get the 1st update that was created. I found 1 at :

Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour All Stars v1.0 to v1.1 Incremental Mod Patch

Is that the old file I am supposed to have? Then do I have to install (GeneralsZH-1.02), then (GeneralsZH-1.03), then Finally (GeneralsZH-1.04)???

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

The First Decade already comes with version 1.04, you don't need to update it.

Downlond the patch 65540_65536_english.rtp or which ever lang you are using here . Then go to your zero hour folder under Program Files\EA Games\C...ZeroHour\. You will see a Download folder. Drag the patch to this folder and start zerohour. Have fun, just dont play me.

Ok listen if you have windows XP you can search for files like vista you have a littel tool bar for it in start menu.
search for this file hole name!!!!

command and conquer generals zero hour.installpatch

and find it and COPY it into your command and conquer generals folder and run it and then patch wait for it will ask for the file find it and in the buttom of sceen where it shows where you can type in an file name type there: command and cnquer generals zero hour.installpatch and press open and it shut work
