If you want to join the team, you've got to do two things:

- Register on the forum.
- Post some proof of your work (a short teaser trailer).

Normally Dre@mer and zachdaddy are up to the job, but we'll see what you can do =).

I am registered on the forum already, as evidenced by my post :wink_new:

How exactly do I post a video on the forums - just put it on YouTube and link to it or something?

Thanks Mordor Slayer for your help

Nope, otherwise the "Validating e-mail" message wouldn't appear under your screen name :). You should complete the registration by following the link provided in the mail T3A sent you.

That should do it, yes.

Darn it! That's the problem, I didn't get an e-mail message. I have a Yahoo! account and checked all my folders but it wasn't there for some reason - I just thought it wasn't necessary...

Well now your in the new members group, so it's good now. I think you need to make a few posts (like 10 maybe) to get into the posting members group, but I don't know if what permissions the new members have.
Greetings, community.

A member over at RTSC advised me the X-fire video recorder. Apparently you can make high-quality videos with it and best of all, it's free! Maybe you can use that zach =).

That is awesome! It makes me feel all pathetic when I look at the trailers I made! Nice job anyhow. :p

So are there still any places going for members on the trailer team? I know there probably isn't but hell why shouldn't I try? hehe........

Dre@mer and zachdaddy are more then up to the job, so no need for more team members. You can always post a proof of your work here:

Maybe we can use you for future projects.

I know, but I thought you wanted to post something else. My mistake =).

Anyway, zach en Dre@mer, I've got someone who can help with video editing if needed (Adobe Premier CS3 Extended). If you need his help, just warn me.

Just a random thought about the tralier, I think it should be done with memorable lines from like Saruman, Gandalf, Denathor and Elrond, showcasing the armies moving, Minas Tirith and Helms Deep preparing for war and stuff of that style.

I'd rather stay away from the prominent locations like MT and Helms Deep - they are already nicely presented in EA trailers for BFME 1 and could lead into false presumtions there is a new campaign in the mod.

What I'm doing instead is taking the cinematic vibe into a popular multiplayer map. Because in my view this is exactly what this mod is about: Bringing the spirit of the movies into the casual skirmish and multiplayer gameplay ...

Btw, the trailer is about 60-70% done.
