There are a bit of standards however - IE No Garbage please. Like blank cubes for voxels or crooked stick buildings. Throw a little life into your project and it will carry it's self far. (skill helps to )

Me has a question.

Is there any way to download assets which were available at YR Argentina through pafileDB system? Are those uploaded somewhere on the site?

The file DB is still there, though a few assets are broken like pd's load screens.
Unfortunately, the front page doesn't have a link to it.

Beowulf is right, the database is still there, but some links are broken, and there's no obvious link to the database.
When we hire a new webmaster, I'll get them to either put up a link or transfer the downloads over to the normal system.

Is there a chance for admin application ?
As the guy responsible for RA2YR modding on C&C Reactor I've collected a quite big set of public voxels on our site. I wouldn't have any problems with uploading NEW files or finding good public voxels. I was passing around to search for some stuff for my project, and sadly as the main hub (imho) for public voxels and shp, YR Argentina is very outdated.
