Well on some f*cking stupid reason i can't play bfme2 anymore on my laptop , so just a question, do you need internet to install the RC mod on a computer?

Not if you have the proper files 
I believe you only need the Installer and the latest updater, and maybe if you do not have ROTWK the RC Mod CD
