Well, for starters, this is in the wrong forum. This should probably be in the "BFME Modding Jobs, Requests and Ideas" forum with the description "In search for a modding team, or perhaps you are a modder looking for a team? Take a look inside this forum!"
Secondly, no one will ask you to be on their team when we have no clue what you're capable of doing. Show us some work you've done. Once people know you're able to mod, they may consider asking you to help out.

Added to this, you may want to validate your account, through the email they sent to the email you supplied in registering
