While playing BFME 2, or BFME 2: TROTWK, or in any other application, the mouse freezes. Can it be because of the mouse? Or the processor?

Is there anyone who had this issue before and dealt with? Recommendations and help will be appreciated.

Do you have a laser-mouse? If so, try to clean the area around the red light-bulb. I once had the same problem, because a hair got stuck in it :shiftee:
If the above post offended you in any way,
please take note that, until further notice, I don't care, so get lost.

Yes, I have a wireless laser mouse. I tried to update the drivers, clean the device and nothing works. But I found something strange. If I alt+tab and switch between programs or go back to desktop, then the mouse freezes. Any ideas?

Buy a new mouse. :shiftee: They make mouses pretty cheap nowadays and I've had to replace a wireless laser mouse one time because it was not responding anymore.

It seems like I will do that. Man, this computer is really weird. Broken touchpad has started working again... I should run a creep test on it. :shiftee:

I've just bought Logitech MX400, which is reviewed nice for many users. I'll let you know if the newer one keeps freezing over and over again.

Although it looks big and deformed, it seems a very fast and reliable one. More info will be provided when further used.
