I could be an advisor, when it comes to stuff on the forum i'm great at lots of talk/ideas and not much action
(Well actually by not much action its more physical action, such as creating a mod or something. I come up with all these grand plans but never actually create them)
But thats what an advisor(in this context) is right? a person who comes up with a bunch of ideas/suggestions but doesn't have to actually do anything themselves to fulfill them? They leave all that up to the staff?

So it's the same as somebody that makes suggestions or bitches about changes, except that they get access to the staff forums so they can make suggestions non-publicly or bitch about changes before they've been implemented.
