Ok, I installed BFMEII once before, played it for a while and then installed SEE. it worked and I absolutely love, it might as well be BFME III.
but then I messed up the game, I tried to change something (thinking it was as modder friendly as Mount & Blade). so I had to reinstal the entire game, did that and got SEE again.
SEE worked the second time, but lo and behold something got messed up again and I reinstalled BFMEII for the third time, got SEE again and installed it, but it did not work.
I did all the instructed, shortcut and everything.
copied the SEE folder and added -mod SEE command and all.
doesn't work, I tried it a dozen times but still nothing.
I did download the newest patch before installing SEE and was wondering if that was the problem.

so, can anyone help me?

What do you have in your "Target" and "Start In" paths?

Target: "C:\Program Files\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II" -mod SEE
Start in: C:\Program Files\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II

Isn't that right?
(that's the place I installed the game, so I think it is)

Put your SEE folder in C:\ (no subfolders) and change the target end to -mod "C:\SEE".

Thanks, alot.
It worked.
It was quite satisfying when the THX logo came up, sort of an epic moment for me.
