Rock was great back then, but I prefer electronic/retrowave today. Only a few retrowave songs have great rock, but I already posted some of those before.

 

I also found that Cher even had done a cover album version of ABBA with three of her singles, all released this year. Yikes, she still sings great at age 72!

There you have it, the goddess of pop somehow made some of the best cover songs of this century, and probably the best songs of 2018.

 

Too bad new songs from ABBA and Madonna all got delayed to 2019.

I've heard of Peter Gabriel. His only hit that wind up in airplay sometimes is In Your Eyes. The music videos in the 80s are so much better than today's music videos.
