In the books, the Haradrim Cavalry (which, with the Mumakil, made up most of the force of the Haradrim) used scimitars, not spears or lances. I don't think anything in the movie conflicts with this (other than the Haradrim using more infantry, but that's beside the point.) I think this would be a good idea. The only drawback is that the Haradrim Lancers already have a model (or was that a RotWK-only unit?)

Anyways, just a thought.
