LOL, holy hell... I almost forgot how much I hate this game. I played through the good campaign in 2-3 days... then the evil campaign in about the same amount of time. After that it ended up in my bookshelf to collect dust, util today. I tried it once more, played a couple of levels... and I'm amazed how it's even possible to produce utter crap like this!
There's NO gameplay whatsoever. ALL you do is run around like a friggin cockroach on steroids, and click the mouse button in a complete frenzy! Still, you get knocked down all the time, and each and every time your "caracter" has to do some kind of "rest for a cuple of seconds, then roll over to the side once like a ninja, before standing up", just to get knocked down again. The units move too fast, the camera moves too fast, there are too few moves and the feeling of repetition is overwhelming. I get noscious from the camera movement and boored from the gameplay, and I HAAAATE the redicilous Mage-class that uses the Berserker model for uruk units... LOL. And here's the best part of all... a regular archers PAWNS caracters like Ents, Balrog and even Saurn himself. I only use the archers class, or else I get killed instantly in melee... There's an aweful lack of balance indeed.
This game has ONE treat only: graphics! If I could extract the models to BFME, I would... otherwise I'd use this disc when I run out of toilet paper
