Low-budget? Why? They are actually the Masters of Shadows and Stealth .They are the mini heroes of the Wood Elves .
Ohh , found the name , It's something about Penetrating Shadow .(not 100% translation - I actually wanted to say something like killing shadow )

Sorry if i wasn't really clear, I just wanted to know if they were the cheap, spammable unit or something else Were do you tranlate those names to elvish?

I really tried a twist between a royal elven unit and a full stealth , isolated of the world unit and I just hope I got it right . I might work on it a bit later .

I don't think are all elven words and names , I just try to find words that were in the Elven names .But about the words I use my Index of the Silmarillion book .

I'd suggest working on the Imladris Guardian's face, make the skin color closer to that on the hands - at the moment, he looks like he's been drowned or choked to death.
