It has been decided that the beta will not include the Elves. The beta will be focused on the vanilla factions only. This does not mean that the mod will be lacking, as every faction has a number of new things added to them to enhance and deepen strategies.

We were going to focus on these factions for a while when it comes to updates and in-game screens.

Are they just being reserved for the final version or are they being removed completely?

Ohh never in my wildest dreams would I remove them from the mod entirely. Far too much work has been done. There is just too much to do to expect them ready for beta any time soon, so I figure I won't make you guys wait as long. So I'm just postponing them for now.

Alright, that's good to know And I'm sorry if this has been answered earlier, but what about the campaign? Are any major changes being made to that?

And lol, it's been forever since I played bfme1, maybe I'll get on that when I'm done playing through the AoM campaign
