Okay I can't really be bothered making a structured paragraph right now, so I'll set up a pros and cons list:
Pros:
-Everything in general is just EPIC, SWEET and AWESOME!
-Skins are beautiful!
-Rohan's units in particular are wonderful and very movie-accurate (I love the new drafted peasants)
-Dwarven castle, camp, and outpost are simply works of art (Took me a while to notice the murals in the castle gatehouse)
-Both the artistic style and the workings of the Erebor faction fit in VERY well with the existing ones. Not overly complicated, nor overly simplified
-And a dozen other points
Cons:
-The dwarven well, while a beautiful piece (I love the water) just causes huge amounts of lag as soon as you click the button to build it
-Shellmap is also quite laggy
-Ummm... There is only one mod like this one?
Anyway, there you go. Sorry if this belongs elsewhere, but I couldn't find a topic in which I thought this fit. Hope the lag issues can be resolved somehow, everything else ran as smooth as something that is really smooth

Mine has no problems with the wells.
please take note that, until further notice, I don't care, so get lost.

I will look into the well issue, though I can't think of a problem offhand. Could you throw in more specifics perhaps (when the lag starts, does it persist, does it go away when destroyed, etc) and your system specs?
I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

I think I had the recommended system specs, but here they are anyway:
2.00GHz processor
1.99 GB RAM
Further than that I'm not so sure...
Anyway, it is simply the well's (and the wall well's) presence on-screen that causes the lag (in other words, when it is in view). The lag starts when the building of the well commences, and the collapsing of the well finishes.

BTW I have lag in the shellmap too, but it's logical since there are a lot of units there. However, I don't understand why the well is laggy. Perhaps it's because the "super-awesome" material of the water .

Man, the moment I saw the camp and outpost, I was surprised. I really love the outpost because of the towers and the camp is great for it's balanced walls. The castle is just plain awesome. Building a catapult, errr... mangonel, not a catapult..., above the archers really feels like a true castle, since those things were often built upon the battlements themselves.*makes a happy, cut purring noise* I'm really glad people appreciate the work put into the castle and camp!

This is wierd... I look at my system specs and it doesn't tell me my graphics card. Oh well, I just know that it's somewhere around 2MB. I could be wrong about that, though...
Go start, select Run and type dxdiag. Go to the display tab and look at the name and memory of your card.

So after that, wasn`t following things so much, and said to myself recently, lets see are there any chages.
And omd :O:O I see this one.
It looks like EA made it, better even. Great job guys. This is the best game suprise in years.
And now for questions:
Will you seperate elves through time? or add some buffs/debuffs to other fractions?
Once again, thanks and keep up the good work.

My main con though, is that it seems a little slow. Then again, I am been playing TEA, which is like 2x as fast as BFME, so maybe that is the reason it seems slower. Is there any way it could be sped up like TEA was?
Also, the dwarven AI is a little confused. Sometimes it does nothing in skirmishes, just sitting there. I look forward to the possiblity of a campaign.
On the whole though - excellent job guys!

Aha - that explains it! I was wondering why it worked sometimes but not other times.Dwarven AI only works with new maps (provided you're on version 0.551)

Mordor and Isengard needs more heroes (or at least more buffers) you guys planning to fix that?
Perhaps a few, But adding new features to them would make up for that, Such as demounting for the Nazgul/Witch-King
