hello and welcome i have given great thought into creating a new mod which will enhance all factions greatly improving the number of units , heroes , siege material , buildings and will add new factions the i will talk first about the heroes for each faction the the untis for each faction etc etc .

GONDOR-heroes
boromir-can mount and when get to lets say level 5 gains new skin with armour
Minas tirith commander-small hero abilities such as morale boosting abilities
Aragorn-mount ability and say when he gets to level five gets the king of gondor armor as seen in return of the king when at the fight at the black gates
Faramir-night and ranger toggle abiltities such as mount etc
Pippin-gondor knight armor
ring hero- isildur special high powered abilities
denethor - abililty to summon soldiers to his aid etc
arathorn - ideas for him are welcome
halbarad - ideas for him are welcome
beregond - bow sword toggle
damrod - bow sword toggle
cirion - powerful sword golden armour
madril -sword bow toggle
king of the dead - summonable hero

Arnor-heroes
argeleb-ideas are welcome
arveleleg-ideas are welcome
arvedui-ideas are welcome
Malbeth the seer - wizard..... ideas are welcome

Southern fiefdoms - heroes .... minifaction for good teams
Prince imrahil of dol amroth - mount ability leadership etc
Arnor commanders - small hero unit leadership abilties morale boosts etc
forlong - spear weapon other ideas welcome
Angbor - large sword claymore type thing other ideas welcome
duinhir - sword - spear - bow toggle
commanders of dol amroth - leadership abilties etc

Rohan - heroes
rohan commanders - leadership abilties etc
theoden with helmet ... mount abilty
merry - rohan armor maybe able to mount a rohan pony even though this isnt accurate to the movie could be a good idea
eomer - with helmet ... mount ability
eowyn - shield maiden of rohan toggle mpount ability spear and sword toggle
Eorl the young - royal rohan guard armor but without helmet spear weapon
erkenbrand - royal rohan guard armor sword and shield weapon
theodred - mount ability sword weapons no helmet
gamling - a sword and flag like standard bearer and mount ability
hama - mount ability sword
grimbold - axe weapon other ideas welcome

Elven - heroes ... elves will have subfactions of mirkwood lothlorien and rivendell and maybe mithlond
first of all the ring hero - Aanael ... must have second age elven armor with helmet ... sword and spear toggle

mirkwood heroes -
legolas - knife fighter and bow toggle
thranduil - bow AND sword toggle
Amdir - spear weapon
Amroth - sword and bow toggle
wood elf captains - banner flags which can be used as spear weapons

lothlorien heroes -
galadriel - wizard abilities etc
celeborn - sword weapon and when gets to level shall we sya five gains his silver armor
gildor inglorien - mount ability spear weapon
galdor - mount ability spear weapon
haldir - level five gains his galadrhim armour
rumil - level five gains galadrhim armour ... sword and shield NO bow
orophin - level five gains galadrhi armoor .... sword and shield NO bow
Elf captains - galadrhim armor and banners and sword leadership abilities

Rivendell - heroes
glorfindel - second age golden elven armour with HELMET ... mount ability
Erestor - second age elven armor double elven blades not KNIVES but sword double swords i shoul say
Elendil - ideas are welcome
Cirdan of the havens - second age elven armor no helmet must have a BEARD sword weapon
elf commanders - noldor warriors but with banner flag instead of weapon .... mount ability leaderships abilties etc
elrohir - noldor warrior armor mount ability ...sword weapon
elladan - noldor warrior armor mount ability ...sword weapon
Arwen - noldor warriors armor with no helmet ...hadhafang weapon
Elrond - second age elven armor no helmet
Elros - second age elven armor
fingolfin - second age elven armour
gil galad - his signiture armour and signiture weapon aeglos but instead of his crown he has second age elven helmet

i will stop here if anyone is intrested in joining the team to make this mod please tell me also please offer ideas and if i get a team going i will finish of this plan
and please can someone offer me a name for this im quite stuck actually

Yup, I can create a name for you. How about: "The never-ending mod". It's a reference you see, to the Never-ending story AND has a double meaning, for this mod most probably won't make it.

For starters:
as a mod leader, do you have any experience whatsoever with mods outside playing them?
And how are you ever going to balance your factions with all of the Gondor Heroes?
And why are all named characters from LotR a hero in your point of view?
And lastly, why do you think that this mod is any different from the many similar ideas that we have already encountered from the same kind of newbies?
