If you read the manual, then the full description is there.
Download the file from either link at http://tdh.the3rdage...s/downloads.php , then run the installer that gets downloaded.

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

TDH does not support cracks? I don't think we ever made such an explicit statement.
The3rdAge in itself does not support the downloading of games, but a no-cd crack is a pretty grey area as far as I know.

I figured that since he uses such a program, he would have illegally acquired the game. But we'll see if that's the case or not.

We made this Modification for the Users of BfME. And we do not support cracks or illegal copies of the Game.
In our mind every User should have a legal BfME-Game. If it works with Cracks or not is just and ONLY a contingency.
So we do not take the responsability for the functionality of the Modification with cracked BfME versions.
So i guess i do speak in the name of the team.
so it is explicit said.
