Hmm. I'll add a UI hide script in addition to the letterbox then. Thanks.

No problem...one more thing - you'll also need to disable user input...the script is there somewhere ;)

There's 2 letterbox modes isn't there?
One normal and one that disables input.

Maybe. I think the other would be called something different though, because regular letterbox mode doesn't seem to do that.

Letterbox mode - gets rid of the UI and turns the screen into a widescreen letterbox but doesn't disable user input
Hide(/Show) UI - gets rid of the UI (so you just get a full screen with no palentir) but doesn't disable user input
Camera lock - locks the camera so (if user input is enabled) you won't affect the camera scripting but you still can see the mouse and use chat
Disable(/Enable) user input - stops the user from using the mouse or keyboard

Maybe that helped.

Well, I hate to unleash a necropost on the mappers of the 3rd age, but its relevant, so...

I'm having fade-script issues again. This time they work, but... Even though I made the timers completely separate from the camera movment scripts, the fade scripts don't fire until a certain number of time (Or frames) after the animation has already completed. And to make matters worse, one of the animations goes through a mountain, and iI using a fade-script in the middle of it to hide that odd stretch and to split the animation. Because of the difficulties I'm having with the fades, however, the stretch of time the camera spends in the heart of the mountain is currently painfully obvious.

Unfortunately, I can't post my scripts right now, but really I'm just looking for some generic guidelines on how to separate the animations, timers, fades, etc. so that the fades can trigger about 30 frames before each animation ends, or in the case of the mountain-based fade, so it can end about 210 frames after the animation begins.
