[ACDC]

I've downloaded TDH installer v.5 and it says that its a 1[1] file.

Is that the file type it should be if?
If it is what program do i use to run it?

You download the installer and double-click it, so it will install. I don't see how it would work any differently for you.

I am having the same problem and Windows is not reconizing the file and won't open it.
I can't get to any file to install it. Any suggestions? Thanks

I think I found the solution- just change the end of the file name from 1[1] to 1.exe. Then it worked and installed. Try it and see if it works.

Yeah, I would suggest that. Alternately, deleting the installer and redownloading may work.

Imredownloading it but this time directly of ModDB. If I download it of ModDB it says it's a .exe file.

But from file front it says its a 1[1] file.

So I think there a problem with the version on filefront, or I am really unlucky.

Did you install the game?

Or simply copied the game's folder from someone\somewhere else?
If you did, you're screwed. You have to install it for TDH to work

It's a BFME1 mod, so you'd need that to play (seems from your post that you only have BFME2 and ROTWK)

Ah ha! That explains it. I sat there thinking, wait a minute, it says Battle for Middle Earth (only), why doesn't it say Battle for Middle Earth II or RotWK. I'll check eBay.
