There's not much to write that you don't already know. It is extremely slow. It is extremely difficulty to take down, it's bombs are powerful and get dropped at an alarmingly fast rate, and if you do destroy one...if, then you'd better not be underneath it when it falls, these bad boys like to take has much with them has possible when they go down!

The Kirov is a tier 3 bomber, has the info screenshot at the top of the page states, the Kirov automatically heals itself.
