Take your time of these and submit each unit as it comes.
Other things to keep in mind..
1) Keep each line to a max of, say, 40 words. No need for run-on sentences.
2) Single worded lines like "Acknowledged" or "Yes" are ok here and there but please use infrequently.
3) When spelling I word that is VERY hard to say verbally please try to break the word down so the voice actor who may not know War40k fluff/codecs can say it. There are factions in War40k that have names that are bizarre so the voice actor will need to understand the word and how to deliver it. ie. Macragge [pronounced "Mac - raaj"]
4) No need to put the scripts in quotes "".
Also to clarify the above:
Capture = when the squad or unit is commanded to go to a Strategic/Criticial/Relic point to commence the capture of it.
Capped = when the squad or unit has successfully captured such a point.
Charge = when the squad or unit issues a mighty battlecry before heading into combat so as to inspire fellow troops/allies and demoralize the enemy.
Combat = when the squad or unit is directly right in the fray/center of the battle and ushers a comment about the situation basically taunting the enemy.
Under_Fire = when the squad or unit finds itself being attacked by the enemy but taking real minor damage.
Damage = when the squad or unit is being hurt light to moderately by the enemy (for a squad, this is before morale is broken).
If you have ANY questions about anything above fire away..
ie. Unless you are familiar with the Dawn of War game mechanic re: capturing and capping map points such points giving extra income and strategic supremacy to the player when a squad or individual unit commences capturing the point then finishing the capture. Such voice scripts are meant for this part.
ABILITIES
Always assume a unit/squad's abilities will be of two kinds:
1) provide a voice script of what a unit would say when using a targeted ability to damage enemy units
2) provide a voice script of what a unit would say when using a self-use ability to protect self or nearby fellow/allied units
ie. even if the Commissar could, say, call an Orbital Strike that targets a local area on the battlefield which hurts all enemies near to the affected zone a generic Commissar script could say: "Perish you unworthy filth!" The key is to be somewhat generic with both those ability types mentioned above. This will cover many possibilities.

Race Note: The Blood Pact is a highly organized Chaos warrior-cult devoted to Khorne. In tabletop they are played as Chaos conversion of Imperial Guard, but they are NOT traitor guard. Although having some number of traitor guardsmen who turned to the ruinous powers, the backbone of Pact consists of men, born on Chaos controlled worlds (Sanguinary worlds) beyond Imperium's edge or conquered planets of Sabbath Sector. These men were tapped in Chaos since birth, and see Imperium as tyranical warmachine, that threatens their freedom, and only after - power of their warp dietes.
Unlike many Chaos cultist warbands, the Pact fights as a disciplined army, and this is what makes them so effective compared to the disorganized Chaotic masses.
Consisting of highly trained, vicious soldiers and alien mercenaries, the soldiers of the Blood Pact know no fear or hesitation.
They have overrun entire worlds and caused the people of the Imperium no small amount of suffering and woe.

Blood Pact is well known for their iron discipline; It runs through the whole command chain, displayed at any command levels, including sergeants.
Just like his Imperial sibling, Pact's sergeant receives more training and ideological brainwash than regular soldier.
Sergeant is often a charismatic leader, who had rightfully earned his status in the eyes of his squadmates.
His voice not differs much from soldier's voice, but it emphasizes his command role and wider experience.

His Voice should probably be contemptous and haughty, confident of his superiority above any other - which is assured by an army behind his back.
Manner of Chaos Lord from Dark Crusade is close example (yet, this man should not be so quite - more aggressive, a bit strained sometimes).
He is charismatic leader, always surrounded by troops and retinue.
Thus, some of his phrases should sound like they are adressed to surrounding soldiers, with inspirational or command tone.
He keeps his contempt and self-confidence even when nearby troops fall under enemy fire and artillery pummels ground he stand at.

Although he is a psyker, his voice sounds quite sane, cold and sinister. Not so frail and sick as imperial psyker, more menacing, wicked.
His voice should emanate sense of darkness, power and knowledge, of wicked but sane intellect.
Before joining the Pact he was probably a dark mage or alchemist on one of Chaos controlled feudal worlds.
He stretches his non-combat frases (Selection, Move and Produced sections), but shows anger and bloodlust in combat ones (attack, charge, etc).

It is known that Chaos Marines personally rule on some of the Sanguinary worlds beyond the Imperium's edge and some of Sabbath Cluster worlds.
When Pact's victories gain attention of these ancient warriors of Evil, they sent someone to oversee further war and to "inherit" former Imperium's territories.
This Chaos Marine is Emissary. He is follower of Khorne, but he is not maddened bezerker like many of his fellows are:
time he spent ruling on one of Sanguinary worlds taught him to control his rage, making him cunning and dangerous commander,
who can combine elements of different Chaos armies and make them fight like united force.
He should have deep voice, inspiring fear and seething with power. Manner of vanilla DoW and WA Chaos Lords is close, but this one needs to be more sane, more quite and concentrated.

While Pactsmen are fiercly trained and experienced fighters, these servants of Chaos only do their first steps on the path of Eternal Damnation.
They are not so tough and not so able as soldiers of the Pact, and not averse of fleeing when it's getting too dangerous.
Without Enforcer in charge or nearby Blood Pact units they will surely break, considering that life has higher value than ideals they fight for.
But until that happens they will display enthusiasm (since they where brainwashed well enough to decide to abandon Imperium).
Despite the fact that they're just deluded weaklings, they should sound, perhaps, evil and aggressive to emphasize their chaotic nature.

Simple Ogryns could turn on the side of the Ruinous powers not even realizing it, just because their master or their regiment have fallen into betrayal.
But that is not about those Ogryns, who serve under the iron hand of the Pact. These ones were probably conscripted on Chaos controlled wordls,
tapped in the Dark Faith since birth. They are even more ferocious than their imperial "fellows", bearing crude replicas of Khornate symbols
and often pumped up with almost deadly doses of combat drugs and stimulants. That makes them dangerous not only for foes, but for their allies.
That affects their speech as well, and if simple Ogryns speak with deep, slow voice, these mainly growl in unnatural rage, making words hardly recognizable.

Fury, with which crew fights inside their vehicle is similar to rage and bloodlust of regular Pactsman, when he drives his bayonet into enemy's heart.
Even inside steel cases they eager to fight and enjoy killing.

Race Note: The Blood Pact is a highly organized Chaos warrior-cult devoted to Khorne.
In tabletop they are played as Chaos conversion of Imperial Guard, but they are NOT traitor guard.
Although having some number of traitor guardsmen who turned to the ruinous powers,
the backbone of Pact consists of men, born on Chaos controlled worlds (Sanguinary worlds) beyond Imperium's edge or conquered planets of Sabbath Sector.
These men were tapped in Chaos since birth, and see Imperium as tyranical warmachine, that threatens their freedom, and only after - power of their warp dietes.
Unlike many Chaos cultist warbands, the Pact fights as a disciplined army, and this is what makes them so effective compared to the disorganized Chaotic masses.
Consisting of highly trained, vicious soldiers and alien mercenaries, the soldiers of the Blood Pact know no fear or hesitation.
They have overrun entire worlds and caused the people of the Imperium no small amount of suffering and woe.

Infantry with additional training that allow them to do Fortification and Demolition works.
Thus, much like Blood Pact Infantry voice (which is in its part close to Dark Eldar Warriors in SS and Chaos Heretics in DoW2), but these should be more calm, less agressive, since they are workers.
While builders of other races are mostly often fragile and not suited for combat, these guys could fight and even take part in open assaults.
They have much in common with regular infantry, so in dangerous situations they will demonstrate anger, rather than fear or panic.
Compared to regular soldiers, they are bit more brainwashed - it reveals in their infused high-flown expressions.

Cheap and expandable infantry with relatively low fighting capacity.
While Pactsmen are fiercly trained and experienced fighters, Militiamen only do their first steps on the path of Eternal Damnation.
They are not so tough and not so able as soldiers of the Pact, and not averse of fleeing when it's getting too dangerous.
Without Enforcer in charge or nearby Blood Pact units they will surely break, considering that life has higher value than ideals they fight for.
But until that happens they will display enthusiasm (since they where brainwashed well enough to decide to abandon Imperium).
Despite the fact that they're just deluded weaklings, they should sound, perhaps, evil and aggressive to emphasize their chaotic nature.

He is charismatic leader, always surrounded by troops and retinue.
Thus, some of his phrases should sound like they are adressed to surrounding soldiers, with inspirational or command tone.

Although he is a psyker, his voice sounds quite sane, cold and sinister. Not so frail and sick as imperial psyker, more menacing, wicked.
His voice should emanate sense of darkness, power and knowledge, of wicked but sane intellect.
Before joining the Pact he was probably a dark mage or alchemist on one of Chaos controlled feudal worlds.
He speaks slowly, stretching non-combat frases (Selection, Move and Produced sections), but shows anger and bloodlust in combat ones (attack, charge, etc).
Sample that is close enough is Firelord in Warcraft III.

It is known that Chaos Marines personally rule on some of the Sanguinary worlds beyond the Imperium's edge and some of Sabbath Cluster worlds.
When Pact's victories gain attention of these ancient warriors of Evil, they sent someone to oversee further war and to "inherit" former Imperium's territories.
This Chaos Marine is Emissary. He is follower of Khorne, but he is not maddened bezerker like many of his fellows are:
time he spent ruling on one of Sanguinary worlds taught him to control his rage, making him cunning and dangerous commander.
In the eyes of Pactsmen he is a symbol, a standart, manifestation of Khrone's favor.
He speeks slowly, his voice inspires fear and seethes with power. Manner of vanilla DoW and WA Chaos Lords is close, but this one needs to be more sane, more quite and concentrated.
Still, he is NOT so exalted as Chaos Lord. He is something like transition from Aspiring Champion to Lord.

Simple Ogryns could turn on the side of the Ruinous powers not even realizing it, just because their master or their regiment have fallen into betrayal.
But that is not about those Ogryns, who serve under the iron hand of the Pact. These ones were probably conscripted on Chaos controlled wordls,
tapped in the Dark Faith since birth. They are even more ferocious than their imperial "fellows", bearing crude replicas of Khornate symbols.
Just as imperial ogryns who put childish faith in the Emperor, these ones are utterly dedicated to Gaur, for he represents strength - only thing they could truly respect.
And if simple ogryns look dumb and distort the words, the speech of our guys is even more simple and unlike standart ones sounds really menacing and agressive, and thus - not funny.
That affects their speech as well, and if simple Ogryns speak with deep, slow voice, these mainly growl in rage, making words hardly recognizable sometimes.

He is a bit more agressive than other crews since he fights in melee.
Most simple example from DoW that comes to mind...something between Ork Killa Kan and Chaos vehicle crews.

- "Imperium overcomes", they say...*spits disdainfully* Rain of ordnance and then coutless waves of cannon fodder. Nothing we can't endure though.
Vostroyan Firstborne:

Gore Mage
Backfire lines are not implemented in DoW1 so those will have to be re-assigned to other common scripts. Just letting you know.
Ogryn Bezerkers
Scripts not complete but you knew that? Surprised yer having issues with writing "caveman-like" scripts for a near barbarian. Should be real basic and generic words like some untamed savage would say. Go to the World Eaters thread and grab some from there if you still have a brain cramp.
AT70 Reaver and AT82 Brigand
Both don't have enough lines for each. Missing additional Unit_Complete, Selection, Move, and Attack. You could use those from the Generic Tank script list?
Base Structures "under fire"
heheh buildings in DoW1 do not have Under_Fire. Only Selection unless you apply soundfx to their animation events.
Let me know when you are totally finished with the list then I can commence re-formatting it all so its ready for prime time. Love your work btw.. well done!

I would like to reply on details:
Gore Mage: Backfire triggers special animation, thus, I think, sound can be attached to it via OE.
Reaver and Brigand tanks. I thought: since they have shared voice, there is no need to re-record same responses twice. Isn't it easier for single man to voice Generic Tank Section, and then unit specific lines for Reaver and Brigand...so that I could merge Generic and Specific ingame, just like Relic themselves did for Chaos/Space Marine/IG/Eldar vehicles (I mean, for example: LandRaider drawns responses from "tanks"+"land_raider" sections, predator - from "tanks"+"predator" sections and I suggested to make Reaver and Brigand in same way).
If I will merge them on the level of soundscripts, there will be just two unit sections with almost similar lines (really, they have much more common responses rather than unit-specific ones). Of course you know better what's optimal for actors, but please confirm if this is still needed - taking my comment above into account. If yes, I'll reformat them - not a problem.
Anyways, I ask for same voice for these 2 tanks.
As for the building under_fire sections - they are low-priority anyway. Just...if it will be possible to record them, they may turn out useful.

Sure man if thats your choice. I've been coordinating it so that ALL units have unique voices everywhere even for each, say, SM Chapter Techmarine. Sure we could use all the same TM voice scripts for each but no way - its so much better in the long run to have a diverse amount of voice scripts even for a single unit shared across chapters. Thats been consistent since Day 1 however up to you for BP.Reaver and Brigand tanks. I thought: since they have shared voice, there is no need to re-record same responses twice. If it were myself I would have two completely different scripts for each tank. Why not? This is all net-new for War40k so what you are doing goes well beyond DoW1. I would do scripts meant to voice units in War40k which for the first time never have had one so you are doing something really cool here. For the same reason, attaching under_fire to buildings via OE is not an option, since they sound like reports to the owner.
But...if this section dont triggers with buildings, maybe some manipulations with commandspeech.lua (or other soundlogic files) could help.
