I have not tested easy difficulty yet so do not mess around about that difficulty.
I've try hard difficulty and it is not bad. Perhaps a little annoying at the beggining. But it is worthy the challenge. However I still being overrun by the AI.
My objetion is about medium difficulty. It is not even on medium, I would call it easy. In that case easy would be very easy so.
Personally I think medium difficulty should be more agressive. A bit less than on hard. Perhaps it should buy more siege weapons (cause it buy a trebuchet as one in one century, and it cannot begin a proper siege), even buy more units to optimize the maximum command point 400 good & 700 evil, and to recruit average heroes more often (Lurtz, Ugluk, Gothmog, Teoden, etc). Well that from my point of view at least. I can be wrong.

The AI will be adjusted for Version 1.3. The hard AI will not "cheat" as much (particularly at the beginning of the game). I actually have not really touched the medium and easy AI much. I'll look into it and see if I can make any changes.
