The Forest River cuts through the ancient and foreboding forest of Mirkwood on the Northern side.
The wood is dark and murky filling travellers with dread.
The land slopes upwards towards the North Eastern corner where the River cuts it's path into the landscape.
The Forest River cuts off the North Eastern corner with 3 fords providing the only access.
Located on the Corner is the only Outpost on the map which serves a vital purpose allowing 1 player access to Siege Weapons.
In the North Western, South Eastern and South Western are the player's Castles.
