I think it might not be too much longer, as they've finished news updates for the units, heroes, and powers of every faction. Plus, on the last update, Haldir said " keep your eyes peeled for a release announcement, which hopefully won't be too far away". My guess is they just have to fix some bugs. But that's just my guess, I'm probably horribly wrong lol.

Listen very closely. They have not announced it yet. Therefore, nobody will know until they release an official announcement. You won't get any more answers as to when it is until then. Just be patient and wait for the official announcement.
