There's a diagram in the Appendices of LOTR from what I remember but I don't think it went into any real detail and I'm pretty sure it's the only one known.
Tolkien didn't seem to like putting too much work on the Dwarves which is a pity.

Yeah i really like the dwarves. Its a good thing PJ addedsome more stuff in The Hobbit so we can see a bit more of the dwarf history.
