In my first update, I have three screens for you today (I know, I'm being very generous )
Credit to Dark Lord for the skins, and to MtL for the shellmap.
Speculation and comments/ideas welcome!

Ah, you finally got around to using that shell, eh? You may wish to get your Dark Lord of the Skin to give the tree textures more definition, however.

Looking very nice.

Nah, apparently (as I've heard) texture sizes' increase won't take a toll on SAGE, it's fine.

1. Half-Troll Swordsmen have decent skin, but it looks like it was put into one colour. More tones would be good. I cannot get a grip of the armour. Especially the helmet is a mess.
2. The head of Bolg, the portrait of Azog and the button of a random orc? The face needs to be smaller, the eyes are almost with the ears.

I agree with L. You gotta be real precise if you want to retexture one of EA's models without editing the UV map. You're not being precise at all, which means some parts are becoming difficult to interpret. That head, for example.
