Hi, I have a few problems installing the mod.

First of all, I've downloaded all three Files and unpacked them. Then I put these files in the Appdata/Roaming folder, on after the other (but not the Launcher).

Thereupon, I've started the launcher, "Windows 64", then "1" again, it loads, it says it is ready, I press Enter but it is just closing the Window and nothing happens.

I've controlled the game directory order, but it wasn't "programmes (x86)/..../ Battle for Middle-earth/, instead it was "MY documents".

Now I#ve wanted to change it via number 3 or 4 in the launcher, but no Text File shows up.

Any help?

The folder is inside that directory the launcher can you find it, open the launcher and at the "launch mod" menu press 9 to open the mod folder, put the files inside there.

Once you do that then run the launcher again and set your directory if you are using a custom directory don't use the 64bit option use the game directory one instead.

You will probably have to delete a file to undo the 64bit option using the 9 command to open the mod folder find the file 64bit.TXT and delete it.

Hopefully a lot of these issues will be resolved with the installer version coming.

My problem is, when I press 9, my Mod folder, instead of My battle for middle earth, etc.,  opens "My documents". And when I press "0"  it opens jsut "Computer". And when I want to change the directory, it doesn't open the Notepad, so I can't change it.

Is the game installed and have you run Vanilla BFME before trying to run the mod?

The mod folder isn't created until you run the game I believe.

Of course, I originally put all files into the Roaming BFME folder. And they are in it right now. But when I control it via the launcher it just show me the things I already pointed out.

Show me a screenshot of your My Battle for Middle-Earth Files folder including the directory.

I just stumbled upon this mod today and I am having the same issue as Afterlife. Was there a fix for this issue?

EDIT: I found my issue. I seemed to have misread the part where this mod was for BfME I and not BfME II/RotWK. I will have to look elsewhere for a good mod for that game. It's a shame, I was really looking forward to playing these mods and new factions.

I need more information to be able to fix this issue so I need a screen of the My Battle for Middle-Earth Files folder of someone with this issue.

Also what OS are you guys running?

I found my mistake. I didn't read the part where it was for BfME I and not BfME II. Sorry for the confusion.

You can still download BFME1 while I'm not sure if my mod works with BFME online edition you could always torrent BFME1.
