I've searched for anything alike in rulesmd and artmd and on the web but I couldn't found anything. I made a long vxl that occupies 3 cells but other units can go in the non-middle cells. What do I have to do?

LE:

to make it clear: my unit visually is 3 cells long but only the middle one is registered as occupied.

Foundation is only accepted for BuildingTypes. Any uinfantry takes 1/3 of a cell and any vehicle takes a cell. These are hardcoded.
