A homage is different from blatantly copying the units in your mod. You have a Hover Tank with the same graphics and everything,etc.

That's very decent of you, B-Mod.  If you want to credit people, put their names in your credits.  And next to their name, put their contribution.  Your main mod page should have a place for a list of credits, if you don't have one already.

You shouldn't need a website.  On a forum, at the end of your first post on your mod pages, just add a place for the credits by editing your post and adding them in.  Should be simple enough.
