Wow, very detailed.
I played a couple matches myself with Black Templars and they feel more or less complete as a horde of melee space marines. The only things I thought were frustrating were that I can't queue up multiple neophyte reinforcements but I think that is an engine limitation?

Yes, that is UI limitation, but "auto-overwatch" mode is working, if you right-click the neophyte icon and switch to another squad
