I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the current method you guys are using to organize the matches isn't working.
Why not contact each other via PM and actually set a date everyone agrees on? That'll be a lot more effective than just posting 'I'm here for 30 mins" because a. not everyone is in the same timezone and b. even if they were, they're not all checking these threads the whole time.

I have played my share of tournaments and the most problematic thing here is that people can't communicate on the server if they have not added each other. Your steam group is your way of dealing with that, but it makes no sense to me to install steam just to msg someone. Let us do our thing and we'll get it done eventually.

Well Hoe vs Minas was 2:1 and unforcionately we didnt save the replays. ICT just told me to post this and minas have to confirm it. I hope they do it

I can possibly play last games tonight or during the week sometime.

Last one should be saved under all replays for me...
None of the games are worth watching though so I don't see why it matters

Rules are the same for all.
Please try to remember to save the replays when you will play again.

It matters because the winning team needs to prove their win.

You are not an admin, and so you don't make decisions for us. Your game had to be replayed first and foremost because it wasn't played on the server.
On topic: If both teams agree to the aforementioned score, I think it can count. If not, the winning team will have to accept the consequences of their mistake (forgetting to save replays) and replay the match.

Admins apply the rules based on the circumstances of the discrepancy. Your match had to replayed first and foremost because it wasn't played on the server, and because (from the information available to us), only 1 game had been played.
In this case the match was played on the server and the required number of games were played. If both teams agree to the reported score, then it's settled. If one team disagrees, the match will have to be replayed because then there is no way to verify who is right. If your match had met these criteria, the same procedure would have applied to you.
If you want to further challenge our judgement, you may do so either through PM or by creating a new thread. However, do not further derail this one.
