Hey, Im Elric and am from PA, USA, been around for a while. I like to dabble in multiple fields of modding/programming. I am more of a lurker nowadays but i still work on things in the background hoping that I can one day release something worthwhile. OH and my best friend on here is This Girl.

Off of Revora I love to game on my PC or my PS4 preferably playing at this moment League of Legends + COD: AW (Haters gonna hate)

Hi I'm DrPietro. I'm a returning member of this community. I joined way back in 2003 a little bit after Origin was founded. Back then I think Detail and Daz were Network Leaders. I was just starting with 3D level design for HL1 and had done numerous 2D level designs for SNES-type RPG games. I was only a baby modder and probably an immature kid, no where near the skill/experience of other members at the time, nor was I anyone popular, but I enjoyed the community so much it became apart of my early teen years. I remember sitting at the computer in electronics class chatting away on the Origin forums. But for whatever reason I last logged into Revora on August 2008. So tonight I was sitting at my computer and I starting thinking whatever happened to Origin/Revora. After searching origin network (I had forgotten about Revora) and not coming up with anything, I found Revora on some random website and was surprised but glad to find it was still operating. Happy 10th anniversary by the way.

I hadn't done much modding since I left. I did a few MP CS:S maps under Source but that was it. I was getting more into server administration at the time and I also started working as a PC repair tech, and was involved in other games etc. Right now I'm 26 and a self-employed tech currently studying Information Security to become a C|EH. I also operate a powerful linux server on the fringe of the internet in my spare time. At this point in my life I don't foresee becoming a professional mapper or anything, but it's still a passion of mine and I'd very much like to return to it as a hobby and return to this awesome community.

heh, guess so. I just remember getting told off in public by Detail as I often did things that annoyed him because I was stupid and immature. Immature, maybe. Stupid, hopefully not anymore :p

Anyways, it's good to be back in this legendary place.

Hello and merry christmas.

I haven't played BFME 2 since EA shut the servers down but coming from watching The Battle of the Five armies and seeing those elven, and dwarven armies in action..  I got the BFME 2 vibe back and started to google a little.. Seeing if there were anymore interested.

Then I found this; WORKING ONLINE SERVERS?! So much yes!

Anyhow; I'm really rusty; haven't played for ages but I'm gonna love it for sure.

My Nickname: Florentius

See you in game!

Glad you found this place, welcome!

"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

Command & Conquer?  Sounds like a dominatrix thing.

Ahoy ahoy.  Welcome to the magic show.
