How to claim your old nick name(s).
 
Do not make a claim unless you have already been able to get online using a new nick name!


Please make a new topic in this forum, with the title Nickname: {the main nick name claimed}
 
Example Nickname: ToxicShock
 
Please try to pick the best known name on your Shatabrick.com/gamespy profile(s).    We will normally add all of the nick names on that/those profile(s).
 
In the topic, please provide a link to your Shatabrick profile and say which of the C&C games you played using that name.   That will make it easier for us to find your details.
 
If you are a gamereplays member, please state your user (display) name.
 
If we have any questions, we will post them in the topic, so keep a look out for that.
 
If we approve the request, we will make a post confirming that.   It may take a bit longer to add your nick names to the system, so please be patient.
 

Your post should look something like this:

Updating to address a few things we've encountered so far.

 

1. Please make sure you list the game(s) you are making the request for. It's much easier for us to locate your account if you do this.

2. Please do NOT create more than one thread when making a request. If you can see your original request in this forum, then we can too and will process it as soon as we possibly can. Continuing to make numerous request just clutters this forum up making it more difficult to navigate.

3. Please make sure you are only requesting old accounts here. Any new ones you wish to make you can make on your own same as before when making a new smurf on GameSpy

4.  If you are requesting more than one smurf, please do NOT make multiple threads. Adding them all into a single one will suffice.

5. Please make sure that only request threads are posted in here. Any technical issues will be addressed in the Technical Support Forum.
