Match Finder is not available yet. You can use the lobby and open custom matches instead.
Gain access to CNC Online servers by using GenTool for Generals and Zero Hour.
"GenTool provides enhanced game controls and optimizations to maximize your online gaming experience. Additionally it comes with three anti cheat solutions for Generals and Zero Hour. The program is easy to install and is fully functional with C&C Generals 1.8, C&C Generals Zero Hour 1.04, Generals Deluxe Edition, The First Decade and The Ultimate Collection."

Unfortunately its still not working for me.
I've done as stated in common issues solution 1 and 2 (Generals & ZeroHour) using both the new c&c online and gentool. I've got the origin version on win7.
Any help would be greatly appreciative.

i played many games today, but sometimes server is unreachable and login not possible.
I dont know why....

Ok I use only Generals and I managed to login in once and play a couple of games successfully since the update, however most of the time I try to log in it says Cannot Connect to Server and once an error message popped up saying my username is already online and I am Fordbid to access the server.
So my problem has gone from not being able to connect to players to not being able to login!! Looks like another update may be required :/
Anyway well done for everything so far I am confident your efforts will succeed and the community should migrate mostly.

ok someone please help, me and my friend have the ultimate collection and we have downloaded the laucher, gentool, and the laucher fixer, but it comes up with a message saying unable to negotiate a connection with other players. what is happening?

u only need gentool
deinstall cnc-online launcher

If you have the newest launcher version, you can use both together just fine. No need to deinstall.

Hi guys
My zero hour game version is not original I play it online on game ranger with crack as you know
I wonder if I can play on c&c online or not
When I click on zero hour icon in luncher it keeps telling zero hour not founded
What is this problem about

Please create a thread with your issue as described in the threads I linked above.
Our server does not support cracks, but that's not the reason you're getting that error.
