Maybe a port problem
Try this, choise your router and the game and follow the instruction : http://portforward.c...routerindex.htm

Make sure you're running as administrator and on Windows XP SP3 compatibility.

Im not good in computers. Don´t know the name of my router, can I find that somewhere?

Right click > Properties > Compatibility > Compatibility Mode > Tick it and select Windows XP SP3.
Your router type/brand can be found on your router.

Hi.
Now I have testet that i run as administrator and with Windows XP (SP3)
I have created an static IP-adress and followed the steps in the link above.
I have forwarded ports for Generals Zero Hour to my maincomputer (the computer I play from, the computer with an static IP adress.)
I still have the same probleme.
1) is there anything else to do/try?
2) In the list of games there were to posibilities. To forward ports for Generals Zero Hour or for Generals Zero Hour, Gamespy. I forwarded ports for Generals Zero Hour. Is that right. (I play the ultimate Collection)

All ports are open? Did you checked them? Need to be sure it's right done
Also if you have windows firewall or any other, make a rule in them for the game and the c&c:online launcher
With that still don't work, try to open these port too if they arent already

That I don´t understand what do you mean is 432 the same as 4321 or?
I have controlled that the ports are open. They are.

Maby its something about my ip adress
I can se that my gatewayadress is not the same as my IP adress and my gateway adress is the same as my DHCP Server. Does that mean anything

I mean ports look similar and one of the website maybe made an error somewhere.

I don't understand you exactly. Your machine must have a unique IP adress, And you default gateway IP is the same as your DHCP server,

should I delete on of 4321 or 432 then. same with 27900 or 900 and so on

When I use the trail version ofProt Forward Network Utilities and se for Static IP Address I se this
10.0.0.150 - Ethernet
Name: Ethernet
Description: Controller i Realtek PCIe GBE.serien
MAC Address 90-2B-34-60-32-CD
DHCP; No
DHCP: None assigned
IP Adress: 10.0.0.150
Gateway Address: 10.0.0.1
Subned Mask: 255.255.255.0
Primary DNS: fe80
Secondary DNS: 10.0.0.1
This IP Address is currently static
I can se that no DHCP server is "None Assigned", DHCP is "No"
Posted 04 August 2014 - 09:42 PM
and now I can´t connect to "Online"
Posted 04 August 2014 - 10:14 PM
This look correct information.
When you are on static-ip, dhcp is disable for your current machine, that is normal.
Well, it isn't a port forwarding problem, cancel all port forwarding u have made in your router.
I will rely the problem inside the staff team, i can't help you more
