The only port you ever need to forward is port 16000 UDP. Make sure you have a static internal IP address so port forwarding actually works (looks good from what you posted). Then make sure you really have these in your Options.ini:

FirewallBehavior = 1
FirewallNeedToRefresh = FALSE
FirewallPortAllocationDelta = 0
FirewallPortOverride = 16000

If you still can't connect, it might be that your firewall is blocking incoming traffic. Make sure the game is in the list of allowed programs for both Home and Public network locations.

I am having the same issue basically... accept I cannot connect to cnc online at all. Cant log in cant create account. Your supposed to login with the login info im using on this forum registration right??

Windows 7 sp3

Generals Zero Hour

From Origin command and conquer full series  digital purchase.

E: Also on canyouseeme.org it always says it cant see me.... im on xfinity comcast on an arris router/modem combo the router and modem are the same. I port forwarded to my pcs static ip address on all the ports mentioned in this thread; still no gas.

E2: Wait... where do I put this?

FirewallBehavior = 1
FirewallNeedToRefresh = FALSE
FirewallPortAllocationDelta = 0
FirewallPortOverride = 16000

I add it to the options configuration file in my documents???

I did that still didnt work...

Also shud note when I check canyouseeme.net the ip address is not my computers its the address of the router connected to my isp. I'm using a DHCP or w/e for the house and ppl connect and get assigned ips, then i added a static one for this pc and forwarded the ports on the router. So idk why it cant see me on that site... it should forward all requests automatically and freely to me with those ports open right?

I'm good with computers... but networking is a whole nother story, nothing ever goes right, shit doesnt work together, shits incompatible, you typed one thing wrong and it doesnt work...

*******Final Edit: I got it to work... feel like an idiot tho considering how easy the fix was.... my options file needed some stuff about the port and also my password wasnt set haha i thought it used the forum password didnt know there was another one u had to setup. watched the video but skimmed through the registration process... :- /
