I have one question.
Will I be able to install and play the SEE-Dc if in my PC is also installed the edain mod?
There is, like having the two games in the same computer and play both (not at the same time, of course)?

If I recall information correctly, SEE-DC will be a ROTWK mod using the "clone" method that RC mod did. If this is indeed still the case, it should make it standalone from all other mods installed, even directory based mods.
Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

What do you mean by "the "clone" method that RC mod did"?
I think the edain mod will only afect the Rotwk expansion.
So, if the SEE-Dc works like a expansion maybe will not interfere between both mod.

The way RC mod did it, was that it was a mod for BFME2,but it used a separate directory like it was an expansion. It utilized the method that RotWK uses to overlay the mod files into BFME2 without using any of its assets. Effectively making it an "expansion" so it will not conflict with other mods.
If I remember correctly, SEE-DC uses the same method, but it does require RotWK because it uses assets from that game, but the concept is the same. It is an "expansion" so normal mod installations shouldn't be affected.
Again, someone correct me if I am wrong.

It is correct. =D SEE doesn't mess with the vanilla game files.

And with the different "uptdates" I will have to uninstall the first release of the DC to install the second one release?
I'm sorry with this quite precocious questions but I'm really anxious to play this new mod.
