What do you mean by 'this topic has been removed'?

Did you try the fixed launchers http://bibber.eu/dow...tion-launchers/ and

Solution 3 (C&C3 & RA3): Go into Origin, click the game (in this case either C&C3 or RA3), click the "i" button to the left of "play", click "Game Properties" and check the box "Disable Origin in game for this game" and then launch RA3 or C&C3 via the normal C&C:Online method.

after you reinstalled?

"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

So...? is no one else at Revora going to try and tackle this oddity ? I am ready and willing to donate to this free service if I can get my favorite game to actually work!

To recap... I have had no problem since the change over from gamespy to Revora until I got my new desktop

Now having installed bot CNC3 TW and Kanes Wrath the exact same way on my new desktop only Kanes Wrath will connect to server

Both games worked perfectly on Revora prior to installing them on new desktop...

For CNC3 TW (my favorite game of all time), all I get 24/7 is "could not connect to backend server" :-(

I would like to thank Communitarian for all your help and advice so far but maybe a fresh start with another fresh perspective by someone else might help ?

Thank you for your time and effort :-)

Recap : Before GameSpy closure, that kind of issues were already happening @ any platforms 70% caused by registration/activation missing.
- Try to register with EReg.exe (located in TW folder in Support folder -or make a research inside tw)
- Try to register with origin (with origin and/or on internet (like this)

- Other odd solution is www.pogo.com (wich appear many time as a solution like the others) (i wouldn't try this)

Ofc all that shouldn't help you, since it's now on Revora but there is a small chance that a missing activation/registration can cause origin to block any transmission.
Also i have read somewhere that the DRM on origin for KW have been updated but TW not, thats why there is that kind of issues where KW works but not TW

If you want to know if your problem is Origin related, please install a legitimate TW RETAIL CD version, found in any good icecream shop..

E: You have liked my post? Does it helped you ?
